SHIMPO industrial Corporation is founded in a small machine shop in Kyoto, Japan

1960


SHIMPO expands its manufacturing facility in Kyoto as sales grow

SHIMPO receives the Deming Price for achievements in quality

SHIMPO acquired by NIDEC CORPORATION

NIDEC-SHIMPO receives ISO9001 and 14001 Certification

NIDEC-SHIMPO completes its high-volume gearing production facility in Pingho
